Why The Leadership Diva™? My social media handle makes the point that today’s woman leaders challenge every traditional stereotype about what leadership is and what it looks like. We are bold, brave, brilliant, and elegant, all with a bit of “Diva” Sassiness!
Conversations With The Leadership Diva™ will be based on the chapters in my book Your Leadership Journey: Living and Leading In and On Purpose. My goal is to support women in developing the philosophies, skills, and behaviors of women who have the courage to live and lead “in and on“ a self-defined purpose.
