Gwen Webber-McLeod is a legacy building leader who proudly says being President/CEO of Gwen, Inc. enabled her to achieve and live her wildest professional dreams. At an interesting career tipping point, Gwen believes living her wildest dreams enables her to think about the next steps for her career and clients. She is focused on deepening, amplifying and refreshing her impact as a history-making leadership development expert through services provided by the company. This is the core theme for all aspects of Gwen, Inc., allowing Gwen to leverage her skills and company services to assist clients in deepening, amplifying, and refreshing their own business outcomes.
The impact of deepening, amplifying and refreshing is inspirational. However, Gwen translates this into action daily.

Recruit, hire, retain and position high potential emerging leaders for executive leadership positions in the company.
Engage in economic development, understanding it is the foundation for ensuring all residents live healthy, high-quality lives and is the basis for ensuring positive futures for all children.
Gwen is a known leadership development expert and “thought leader,” and is a contributor to the development of outstanding leaders throughout the country; she is sought after to deliver lectures and conference keynotes on her unique perspectives about the development of emerging and established leaders.
Gwen is also the founder of You Can’t Fail Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides a highly recognized leadership development learning community for emerging women leaders of color. The You Can’t Fail Leadership Learning Community helps emerging women leaders of color develop philosophies, skills and behaviors of effective women leaders of color. The desired outcome is to ensure every learning community graduate is positioned to be recruited, hired, promoted and positioned for executive leadership positions in industries of their choice.
Gwen is a known community leader who prides herself in extending her skills in support of community and government entities devoted to bettering the lives of residents. In January 2024 Gwen was appointed Chair of the Auburn Industrial Development Authority. She is the first Black woman to hold this position since the founding of the organization.
Gwen contributes her success to being the proud descendent of enslaved Africans who overcame all odds to pave the way for her, daughter of history making parents the late Ltc. Charles Webber and The Honorable Barbara Webber; support from Team Webber-McLeod, her loving family; her inner circle sister girlfriends and simply doing what God calls her to do. Gwen is a proud Servant Leader.
