Facilitated Work Sessions

Facilitated work sessions are ½ to full day programs designed to address topics of importance to emerging and established leaders. Participants in the work sessions develop strategies for using leadership skill to enhance business outcomes.  Each work session is tailored to meet the specific needs of the attendees, creating timely and pragmatic options for solving business dilemmas.  These sessions position attendees to apply work session learning immediately in the workplace.

Technical Assistance

Leadership is not a job to do alone. Gwen Webber-McLeod and her consulting partners are available on an as needed basis to assist leaders who desire confidential one-to-one or small group support in strategic thinking, problem solving, individual skill development, career positioning and employee development.
