Leadership Matters: A Leadership Development Initiative is a program designed to bring high quality, affordable leadership training specially produced for local Human Services Coalition member organizations in Cayuga County. Courses focus on building leadership skills and confidence for mid-level to executive managers. Topics in all sessions will be specific to human services workers, including fundraising, succession planning, executive leadership, and board relationships.

Leadership Learning Communities 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, or 1:00 am to 5:00pm
