About You Can’t Fail

You Can’t Fail Because Your History Says You Can’t is an unforgettable, one of a kind conference designed to provide a quality leadership development experience for professional women of color. It was founded by Gwen Webber-McLeod, President and CEO of Gwen, Inc. in 2009 as a way to pay her success forward to other women of color. Gwen was hearing from women of color who increasingly communicated their interest in participating in workshops to develop themselves both professionally and personally. In addition, there was a desire to foster networks with other women of color. In response to this expressed need, You Can’t Fail was designed for women of color with the goal of inspiring this audience to live lives “in and on purpose.” You Can’t Fail is a unique opportunity to promote the positive growth of this important group of established and emerging leaders.

You Can’t Fail 2012

This year, the 2012 You Can’t Fail conference will be held on September 14, 2012 at the Doubletree Hotel in Syracuse, New York. This energy packed experience draws women from all over New York and the Northeast. Each You Can’t Fail conference is designed to educate, inspire, and connect women of color who share a unique legacy of sisterhood and desire to be confident, competent, courageous, and calm in each part of their lives.

This full day conference experience includes a keynote speaker, networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and a showcase of women vendors with products of interest to women of color. In addition, You Can’t Fail will celebrate conference participants for “all of who they are” in an environment created just for them.
